Wiracor Educación Financiera S.A.C. (hereinafter, "Wiracor"), with RUC 20563918247 and headquarters at Av. Javier Prado Este 492, Floor 12, San Isidro, Lima, Peru, respects your privacy and strictly complies with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733, its regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS and the guidance issued by the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of Peru.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Wiracor Educación Financiera S.A.C., registered in the National Registry of Personal Data Protection under code RNPDP-PJP No. 24118. You may contact our data protection office at dpo@wiracor.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form (full name and email address), as well as technical browsing information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) whenever you accept analytical cookies.
3. Purposes
We use your data to send you financial education content, workshop invitations, regulatory updates from the MEF and SBS, and to improve the browsing experience. We do not use your data for commercial profiling or third-party advertising.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, prior, express, unequivocal and informed consent, granted when completing the subscription form, in accordance with Article 5 of Law No. 29733.
5. Retention
Your data is retained while your subscription remains active and for a maximum of thirty-six (36) months after your last interaction, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
6. International transfers
Wiracor does not carry out international transfers of personal data. All information is stored on servers located within the Peruvian territory under ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
7. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO) by sending a request to dpo@wiracor.com or in person at our San Isidro headquarters. You may also file complaints with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
8. Updates
We may update this policy to adapt it to regulatory changes. Any modification will be published on this page indicating the last update date.
